We will need copies of your utility bills (12 month summary)
We will need a 12 month summary of your heating and electric bills (scanned copies) for the last 12 months (Some utility companies include a 12 month graph on each bill, in this case we would only need your last statement). Please email or fax to us at 866-461-6216 prior to audit date.

After submitting this questionnaire (don’t forget to send us your utility bills) A&E Construction will call you (within 24 hours) to schedule your energy audit for a date in the near future.
